What we do

A focused stack — and we're excellent at every layer.

We don't try to be everything. We pick the few things we are excellent at and ship them at a level you can hand to your investors and your auditors.

Blockchain MVPs

From whitepaper to mainnet in 8–12 weeks. Smart contracts, indexers, dApps and infra — audited and production-ready.

  • Solidity, Foundry, Hardhat, viem, wagmi
  • EVM, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon
  • Account abstraction & gas sponsorship
Flagship practice · 60% of engagements

Applied AI

Agents, RAG pipelines and multimodal copilots built on the Claude, OpenAI and open-source model stack.

  • LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector DBs
  • Fine-tuning, evals & guardrails
  • On-chain agents (ERC-8004 attestation)

Software Engineering

Type-safe, accessible, fast. We build web and mobile products that compound — not prototypes you have to throw away.

  • Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript
  • Supabase, Postgres, Drizzle, tRPC
  • Edge runtimes, streaming, RSC

Security & Audits

Internal audits, threat models and continuous review for Solidity, infra and AI agent surfaces.

  • Slither, Echidna, Foundry invariants
  • Pre-audit hardening for Trail of Bits / Spearbit
  • AI prompt-injection & exfiltration tests

Product & Design

Strategy, brand systems and product design built around the actual user journey — not the demo screenshot.

  • Discovery sprints & prototypes
  • Design systems with Figma + Code Connect
  • Investor-grade pitch artefacts

Token & Treasury

Tokenomics modelling, vesting, liquidity bootstrapping and treasury ops for serious teams.

  • Cashflow + supply simulations
  • Safe multisig & Gnosis Zodiac setup
  • On-chain reporting dashboards

How we work

A four-step engagement, designed not to waste your runway.

No 12-week discovery deck. No 'platform team'. Senior engineers shipping demoable progress on a tight, two-week cadence.

  1. 01

    Discover

One-week paid sprint. We map the problem, talk to your users, and write the spec the team will actually build against.

  2. 02

    Architect

Tech choices, threat model, infra cost envelope, and a build plan with weekly demoable milestones.

  3. 03

    Build

A small senior squad — staff engineer, designer, ML or chain specialist as needed — shipping on a 2-week cadence.

  4. 04

    Launch & operate

We don't disappear at launch. We stay on as your fractional engineering team, on retainer, until you've hired your own.

In their own words

Founders we've shipped with.

"Blocify shipped our intent-router on Base in eleven weeks. Our previous agency had been trying for six months. The audit came back with two informational findings."

Marc D.

Co-founder & CTO, VaultX · Berlin

"The most senior team we've worked with. They wrote the spec we should have written, then built it."

Aida H.

Head of Product, Pulse DAO · Lisbon

"We hired Blocify for an MVP and ended up keeping them as our fractional engineering team for a year. They earned it."

Frequently asked

The questions founders actually ask.

  • Most engagements kick off within two weeks of the first call. We always run a paid one-week discovery sprint before any larger commitment so neither side is guessing.

  • Three to five senior people: a staff engineer, a designer, and one or two specialists (smart-contract engineer, ML engineer, or platform engineer) depending on the work. No accounts manager between you and the team.

  • Yes — we have done it many times. The constraint is scope, not capability. We will tell you within the discovery sprint whether eight weeks is realistic and exactly what we would cut to fit it.

  • Internal review is part of every engagement. For external audits, we work with Spearbit, Trail of Bits and Cantina, and we hand auditors a codebase that has already passed our internal hardening checklist.

  • Occasionally, in addition to a reduced cash rate, for early-stage teams we believe in. The default model is fixed-scope cash on a 4-week or 8-week milestone schedule.

  • Headquarters in Amsterdam, engineering office in Prishtina, Kosovo. The whole team is on CET ±2h. We meet clients in Amsterdam and run the build out of Prishtina.
